We want you to love your Funko Pop! apparel and accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure convenient tracking.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
